Honestly, I have not had a good impression regarding your customer support on 2 orders now. My last order took 5 days to arrive after I paid for over night shipping and the response from your service dept was take it up with UPS. Not a very service oriented response to your customer. I placed the order with you not UPS. As a business owner myself I would not have brushed off a returning customer in that way. It was rude. I would have refunded the shipping (as I politely requested), and as the business with the UPS account you should have contacted UPS for not fulfilling their delivery promise to your customer. I am very disappointed and not at all impressed with your business practices for the 2nd and last time.
