Acceptance of Orders

All orders and contracts are subject to acceptance by Reisport®. Reisport® reserves the right to substitute improved or equal products without notice. Any installation or assembly is the responsibility of the buyer or user. Reisport® shall not be responsible or liable for personal injury or property damage incurred through the use of equipment or other products manufactured or sold by Reisport®.

Terms

Orders must be accompanied by a business check, American Express, MasterCard, Discover or Visa number, official institutional purchase order, or a confirmation letter written on letterhead stationery and signed by an authorized official. Telephone orders will be accepted contingent on receipt of payment or confirming purchase order.

Damage in Transit

Please inspect all items immediately upon receipt. Note any damage or shortage on the delivery receipt before accepting the shipment. Contact the carrier immediately to request an inspection and receive instructions for filing a claim.

Orders shipped by motor freight service, including FedEx Freight, UPS Freight and Old Dominion, require a signature and must be received by someone able to inspect and sign for the shipment. If damage is found, it must be noted on the delivery receipt while the driver is present. Claims cannot be filed unless damage is noted on the paperwork.

Damage not noted on the delivery receipt will not be covered by Gibson Athletic or the freight company. For further clarification, contact Gibson, Inc. at 303-937-1012.

Return Policy

You may return new, unused products in their original packaging within 10 days of the delivery date. All returns require contacting Reisport® Customer Service to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. All freight charges are the responsibility of the purchaser and are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Clearance item sales are final and are not eligible for a refund.

Reisport® is committed to protecting your privacy. The confidential data you submit is protected using industry-standard SSL encryption.

Customer data is protected against unauthorized access and is never sold, traded or rented for commercial purposes, except to provide services, information or products you have requested, when we have your permission, when needed to investigate or prevent illegal, threatening or fraudulent activity, or as otherwise required by law.

Website usage may generate a data log containing non-personal information such as your IP address, browser type, browser language, visit date and time, referring page and cookies. This information helps us improve our web services, process orders and communicate with customers.

Reisport.com may link to third-party vendors and websites. Their privacy policies are not under our control. We recommend reviewing the privacy policy of any third-party site you visit.

Guarantee

Reisport® equipment, except grips and shoes, is guaranteed for one year from the invoice date against faulty manufacturing or defects in material. The seller’s sole obligation under this warranty shall be to repair or, at its option, refund any defective part. Material claimed defective must be returned prepaid for examination, if requested. Damage caused by extreme usage is not covered.
