Acceptance of Orders
All orders and contracts are subject to acceptance by Reisport®. Reisport® reserves the right to substitute improved or equal products without notice. It is understood that any installation and/or assembly is the responsibility of the buyer or user. Reisport® shall not be responsible or liable for personal injury or property damage incurred through the use of our equipment and all other products manufactured or sold by Reisport®.

Terms
Orders must be accompanied by either a business check, American Express, MasterCard, Discover or Visa number, official institutional purchase order, or a confirmation letter written on letterhead stationery and signed by an authorized official. Telephone orders will be accepted contingent on receipt of payment or confirming Purchase Order.
Damage in Transit
Please inspect all items immediately upon receipt. Note any damage or shortage on the delivery receipt prior to accepting the shipment. Contact the carrier immediately to request an inspection and to receive instructions about filing claim.
Orders shipping by motor freight service (FedEx Freight, UPS Freight, Old Dominion, etc.) require a signature and must be met by someone able to inspect, receive and sign for the shipment. If damage is found, it must be noted on the delivery receipt while the driver is present. CLAIMS CANNOT BE FILED UNLESS NOTED ON THE PAPERWORK.
Damage not noted on the delivery receipt will not be covered by Gibson Athletic or the freight company.

Return Policy
You may return new/unused product in their original packaging within 10 DAYS of the delivery date. ALL returns require you to contact Reisport® Customer Service to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. All freight charges are the responsibility of the purchaser and they are subject to a 20% restocking fee on all returned goods.PLEASE NOTE: We will only accept returns on new/unused products (with RMA’s) within 10 DAYS of the delivery date. This will help us maintain inventory of products in high demand during this unprecedented time.
